Meet the Nursing Staff

I was born and raised in a small, country town in the southern part of the state. I have two wonderful parents, who have been married for forty years. I am an only child, but had lots of cousins growing up.
I graduated from high school in 1993 and started college. I got my Bachelors in Nursing from Indiana University in 1998.
While I was in college, I worked as a Student Nurse at Indiana University Medical Center on the high-risk antepartum/postpartum unit. After graduating, I continued to work there in the high-risk OB pool, floating to several units. In 1999 I was hired at the office where Dr. Miller was working. I have been with her ever since then. Anne, Jamie, Sue, Dr. Miller and I have been working together for many years, as I am reminded; I have the least seniority with 11 years. Along with Stacey, we all love working together and work diligently every day to serve our patients to the best of our ability.

My name is Jessica. I have one sister and one brother and married my high school sweetheart in May of 1999. We have 3 awesome adult daughters Bailey, Grace, and Brynn. In April of 2021, I became a Mimi to a sweet baby girl!
I was raised in a small town, Chesterfield, and raised my family in my husband’s hometown of Daleville (close to Muncie). I now reside in Pendleton!
We have 3 dogs, a Yorkie named Roxy, and 2 Golden Retrievers named Becca and Georgia. My favorite weekend activities including spending time with my family, camping, and being outdoors. I also love scrapbooking or crafting when I have time!
I have been a LPN since 2003 and joined the Excell for Life family in November 2015.

Hi, I’m Jazmin — a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) based in Indianapolis, IN. I bring a friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care to every patient interaction. Whether I’m assisting with procedures or simply offering a kind word, I believe compassion is just as important as clinical skill.
Outside of work, I love exploring creative outlets and finding inspiration in everyday moments.

Hi! I’m Addy — I’m 20 years old and currently living in Greenwood, Indiana with some of my closest friends. I’m a student in Sonography school, working toward a career in either cardiac or pediatric sonography — I’m passionate about healthcare and excited to make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of school, I love babysitting and dog sitting; caring for others (whether they're tiny humans or furry friends) has always come naturally to me. In my free time, you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends and family, exploring new places, or just enjoying a good day out. I’m always up for making new memories and experiencing something different!
