Greetings, Hugs, & Blessings to All!
I am so thankful for and love God and my parents, Don & Virginia Wolf! I was born in Fort Wayne, IN, in January 1961. Always enjoying school and the sciences and math (and the medical show “Medical Center”), I decided to become a doctor at the age of 8. After graduating from New Have High School my junior year (and being a studious “nerd”), I attended Purdue University and graduated with my B.S. degree in Health Sciences. I then attended I.U. Medical School and completed my Family Practice Residency at Methodist Hospital, in Indianapolis, IN, May 1989. Since that time I have been in private Family Practice in Indianapolis, and am an active board-certified member of the Academy of Family Physicians. I also am a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and…..(nutritional society).

I love people and their hearts and being a traditional and functional medicine family doctor! My passion is to work together with my patients to get them healthier and stronger every year through the healthy living basics of nutrition, exercise, faith, and natural supplements. I love learning, sharing, teaching, and writing (check out my blog articles). I keep up to date and research traditional & functional medicine, prevention of illness, and special interests in hormone balance (I take bio-identical hormones myself from Custom Med Apothecary and our Orthomolecular Supplement Company), brain & cardiovascular health, food sensitivities/allergies/sinusitis, autoimmune disease, vitamin deficiencies, and aging.

My deepest thanks to my wonderful God-given husband Bruce, whose tremendous love and support for me have helped me so much in my pursuit of continuing deeper love for and follower of our Lord. Bruce’s love and support give me the energy and drive and passion to daily be a better woman of God, wife, mother, and physician. I thank God for my four wonderful biological children, two stepchildren, and my soon-to-be-born June 2017 grandson Don (named after my Dad Don Wolf)! My stepdaughter Logan is married and an RN, and my stepson Easton is an amazingly talented professional artist in LA (graduated from the Chicago Art Institute). My daughter Christina Taggart is finishing work at Boy Scouts of America to stay home with baby Don, and her husband Travis is an attorney for the government in Cincinnati. Nathan Bleeke is a 3rd-year medical student at Marian Medical College here, and Brendan Bleeke is graduating in May 2017 from Purdue University in Construction Management. Annika Bleeke loves & competes in ballroom dancing and is a sophomore at Zionsville High School.

I am an active member at my church, Traders Point Christian Church in Zionsville, IN, and have a passion to give back to our community and world through giving and service in our community, sponsoring children in Kenya through CMF, and planning a mission trip in 2011 to Haiti or Nicaragua.

I love my daily morning time with my Father reading His Word (usually a Proverb of the day and 1-5 Psalms, and rotate between the NLT, Message, ESV, and NIV) and my Tuesday evening woman’s Bible study group at Trader’s Point. My hobbies include memorizing scripture, exercise (love jogging and praying out loud, and weight training twice weekly with great talented Christian trainer Eric Walden), listening to music, and especially dating my husband Bruce!

My hugs, prayers for & love to you!

A few of my favorite verses:

Psalm 91:14-16 “Because he/she loves Me, says the Lord, I will deliver him. I will set him securely on high and protect him. Because he knows My name, he will call upon Me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With a long life, I will satisfy him and let him behold My salvation.”

2 Tim 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of continuing power and of love and of a sound mind.”

The fruit of His Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, & self-control! Gal. 5:22

Isaiah 58:11 “The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”

Proverbs 3:5-8 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lead not on your own understanding. In ALL ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes but His. Fear the Lord and shun evil. This brings health to your body and nourishment to your bones.”
