SLEEP 8-9 hours in bed every night & must be prioritized!
FASTING Weekly (2-3 twenty-four hour fasts/week lunch to lunch) &/or Time Restricted Eating Daily (only eat between ~10am-6pm), and consider a prolonged 2+ week fast at least yearly
EAT organic real unprocessed food: about 1/3 of everything you eat being green leafy & cruciferous vegetables (helpful to do daily smoothies), no sugar, mostly vegetarian, gluten free, and mostly grain & dairy free
De-stress, Pray, Meditate, Breathe, Yoga (Have at least 20-30 minutes of Sabbath) TWICE daily (try the “Calm” or “Mindfulness App”.)

Alkalinize: (Get saliva & urine alkaline at a pH of 6.8-7.2.)

Supplements: get your vitamin D level to 70+, Orthomega Fish Oil, Mitocore Multivitamin 2-4/day with antioxidants & cofactors for detox (or Alpha Base Multivitamin), our great Probiotics (especially Ortho Biotic & Core Biotic).
Poop well 1-2x/day & DAILY probiotics for best gut health (Ortho Bioitic 1-2/day & Core Biotic 1-2/day)!
Remain at a healthy weight (usually BMI at least <25).
Visit your doctor yearly to be sure fasting blood sugar at less than 90.
Nonsmoker & nondrinker and avoid toxins. (Use glass, eat organic, natural skin & cleaning products.)
