This, of course, many of Dr. Lisa’s patients already know. Drink 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces every single day! Though many others have heard 8 cups of water every single day is a good amount… and it is: if you happen to weigh about 80 lbs.
Here is an example chart for specified weight ranges who are very active or exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
