Mold – The Invisible Invader – Part 2
I caution people to get several opinions from good companies before committing to one company.
Getting Our Home Tested for Mold
We had our house tested and they found we have mold in our home as well as mycotoxins. Testing and getting remediation has been very worthwhile so far. In the short time since remediation, I have noticed I don’t wake up congested and my eyes are no longer as dry in the morning. We are continuing to learn about protecting our home from mold.
What To Do If You May Be Suffering from Mold Exposure
If you do have a current mold issue or believe you have had a past mold exposure and still experience symptoms, please contact your provider. We can see if you need an antifungal nasal spray or recommend you take our super anti-fungal product Candicid Forte and OrthoBiotic. Probiotics are mold’s worst nightmare! Probiotics help your body purify itself from the inside out!
Prevent Mold from Growing in Your Home
Good preventative measures are to keep your home humidity low, take care of any water damage right away, air purifier, have your HVAC serviced and runs cleaned by a professional, take a daily probiotic, and if any concerns, get your home tested!! Some recommendations suggest leaving your AC fan on (not auto) to continuously filter the air and MERV 11 filter in your HVAC if having allergy symptoms. MERV 8/9 filters are ok if in a contaminant free home and no allergy symptoms. They allow your AC to run a little easier!
