Let’s try a fresh ingredient salad dressing recipe!
- 3 c. spinach leaves
- ½ c. chopped celery
- ½ c. sliced or chopped cucumbers
- 1 c. sliced strawberries
- ½ c. walnuts or almonds chopped
- ½ c. strawberries
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 10 – 15 drops stevia
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. pepper
- Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender.
Serve dressings with salad
