Cool Veggie Pizza
- 2 cans of low-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ teaspoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon (or more, to taste) dill weed or fresh dill
to 350 degrees. Spread crescent roll dough on baking stone or pizza pan and pinch seams together. Make it square, round, or any shape you like! Bake until lightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Blend together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dill. Spread over cooled crust.
Toppings: all finely chopped, and use as many as desired…
