Clean food when first brought home from the store (fill sink with cold water and 1 teaspoon of bleach, soak for 10 minutes, drain, fill sink again, and soak for 10 more minutes, dry and store, can dry leafy veggies in a pillow case on the spin cycle). - To assist the cleansing effects of the Superior Diet Dr. Baroody suggests: 20-30 Alfalfa tablets/day as intestinal bulking agent. You can add aloe vera tablets or senna leaf tea daily until regular. Colonic irrigations (1/week the 1st 2 months, 1/month for 2 years, OR regular use of Colema Board can substitute); Fast at least one day every 2 weeks (also recommended is a 10 day fasts with his Lemonade Diet every change of season)
